Ladner Reach Properties operates two distinct businesses in Ladner (Delta, BC) with more or less the same core ownership for several decades. We have a private floating home marina on our water lot and on land there is a public storage facility. 

 

The float home marina has 28 berths on the Ladner Reach arm of the Fraser River and provides vessel (floating home) owners with a clean, safe community featuring spectacular riverfront views from all 28 berths.

 

Our marina floating home owners enjoy expansive views of the North Shore mountains, parts of the river estuary, amazing sunsets, an influx of sea birds and migratory waterfowl, and interesting marine traffic on the river.

 

We are conveniently located only a few minutes from the heart of Ladner Village, and are relatively close to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, Vancouver International Airport, and the USA border crossings.

 

Ladner Reach Properties has almost 5-acres of land along the river front were it operates a self-storage facility. We rent a variety of storage solutions including storage lockers and converted shipping containers as well as parking space for RVs, cars, boats & trailers, other vehicles, and equipment. Our on-site office services the needs of both operations and is open 9:00am to 4:30pm on weekdays and 9:00am to 12 noon on Saturdays. Our storage yard access opens at 8:00am on weekdays. We are closed Sundays and statutory holidays and closed between Christmas and New Years.
